Carolina Catholic chats with Catholic evangelist, Kevin Wells

For our first May show, our guest is Kevin Wells. Kevin is an active freelance writer, a Catholic evangelist, and president of the Monsignor Thomas Wells Society for Vocations; the Society honors his celebrated uncle, who before he was murdered in his Maryland rectory in 2000, impacted the lives of many thousands of people throughout the Archdiocese of Washington (D.C.). We will learn about his newest book, The Priests We Need to Save the Church, a book filled with profoundly moving examples of ordinary priests, like St. John Vianney, who did extraordinary things by virtue of a genuine love for the priesthood.

This show will air on Wilmington Catholic Radio's four stations, 91.7 FM, 93.1 FM, and 103.1 FM in Wilmington and 100.7 FM in Southport on the first two weekends of May, Saturdays at 11 a.m. and Sundays at 6 p.m.

St. Michael the Archangel

Wilmington Catholic Radio is an apostolate serving the Catholic Church and consistently operating in accord with the principles and truths of the Catholic Faith as expressed in Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the living Magisterium of the Church. Our goal is to always provide the community with solid Catholic teaching so Catholics can have an easy way to learn more about their faith, and for non-Catholics to learn what the Church really teaches. This is our mission.
