The Sister Isaac Center at 40
I chatted with Theresa Weissburg, Director of The Sister Isaac Center, about the upcoming celebration of its 40th Anniversary of working within our community. The 40th Anniversary Gala will be held on Friday evening, September 25th, in the Upper Room of the Tileston Center. Sister Isaac opened and operated what was then called the Tileston Center from 1986 until her retirement at age 80 in 2016. Mary Ann Kotas took over in 2016 and spent nine years as director and 20 years at the center, retiring in 2025. Theresa has been director since December. In this show, we will learn about the amazing life of Sister Isaac and the 40 years that the greater Wilmington area has been graced by the center with its incredible directors and volunteers.
